John 3:16

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

For the scripture saith, WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH on HIM SHALL NOT BE ASHAMED.

Roman 10:13
For WHOSOEVER SHALL CALL UPON THE NAME OF THE LORD SHALL BE SAVED.

Simply put, all you have to do to be saved is pray this prayer and mean it with all your heart.

Dear Heavenly Father,
I realize that I am a sinner and that I need you in my life. I am sorry for the wrong I have done, please forgive me of my sins. I believe that You lived, died, and rose again to wash my sins away forever and ever. Come into my heart. Give me the strength to tell my family and friends what I have prayed today. In Jesus Christ Name I pray, Amen!
